Our mission is to provide tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and business services in an efficient manner at a reasonable cost. Since 1994 Line One has been working with individuals, and all forms of business entities in the Jackson, Star Valley and Teton Valley areas. We do accounting and bookkeeping and have payroll and employer services as well.

Our tax preparation staff is made up of experienced professionals with combined experience of over 60 years, and includes 3 Enrolled Agents. Read more about our individual staff members. We do not employ any first-time tax preparers. We put the same care into a “simple” tax return as we put into the most complicated tax return. You are important to us. When your tax return is prepared you will be satisfied that you have taken advantage of every deduction and credit available to you, and that your return is complete and accurate.

Electronic filing is provided as a free additional service. If you are due a refund, electronic filing will make your refund available to you usually in less than 2 weeks, instead of the four to six weeks a refund due on a paper return would take to be received. And bank products can have your refund delivered to you in only a matter of days, with the preparation fees paid through it. There is even an advantage to file returns with tax due electronically because documentary evidence of the receipt of your electronic return is received by us from the IRS.
