TOO BUSY FOR AN INTERVIEW? If you have to miss out on our in-depth, complete interview because of your hectic schedule—use our drop-off form.

Fill it out as completely as possible, attach documents such as W-2’s, bank interest 1099's, mortgage company’s 1098. We will prepare as much of your return as possible, then WE WILL CALL you with followup questions. You still need to come in to sign your return and, pay the prep fee—then we will send it off electronically for fast results.

This service is for both new and prior-year clients.

1. Print out the questionnaire.
2. Fill it out, it will remind you of much you need.
3. Attach those forms
4. Drop off or mail in to our Jackson or Afton office
